With ambitious plans, founders Lars and Helene aimed to shift from B2C to B2B SaaS, extending their positive impact. When we started this project, the main task was to rebrand and redesign the Ailuna app so that it would stand out in the market against its competitors. This process included a comprehensive analysis of competitors, customer research, and user testing. Additionally, we supported Ailuna's founders in developing a product roadmap crucial for their transition from B2C to B2B, with a global focus on sustainability engagement.

In response, we introduced a straightforward rewards system where users earned XP points for sustainable actions and habit formation, influencing their rankings on leaderboards.
